Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and NUBLK LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”), which runs Tóvox and publishes the Tóvox app for iPhone (and, when it is released, for Android). Tóvox is designed by Claymore & Colt Agency.

They cover the Tóvox website, the web app, Tóvox Mail and the Tóvox apps (together, “Tóvox”). By creating an account or using Tóvox you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Tóvox. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. What Tóvox is

Tóvox is a messaging service that translates: one-to-one and shared chats, voice and video calls, meetings, translation, speech to text, Tóvox Mail and an assistant called Skye. Some features, such as Translate, Meetings, Vigía and festival mode, are not open to everyone yet.

Tóvox is in beta. Features may change, pause or stop, and things may sometimes not work as they should.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to agree to these terms.
  • You sign in with a Google, Microsoft or Apple account. Keep that account and your devices secure; you are responsible for what is done with your Tóvox account.
  • Keep your recovery phrase safe. Your messages are end-to-end encrypted, so if you lose your recovery phrase and all your devices, we cannot get your messages back.
  • Do not pretend to be someone else. A business name you add must be one you are allowed to use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Tóvox to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • harass, threaten, bully, stalk or intimidate anyone, or promote violence or hatred;
  • send spam, bulk or automated messages people did not ask for, or run scams or fraud;
  • share someone’s private information, or intimate images of them, without their consent;
  • infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • send malware, or try to get into accounts, devices or systems that are not yours;
  • break, overload, probe or get around the limits or security of Tóvox, or copy or take apart its software except where the law allows;
  • use bots or automation to abuse Tóvox or the people on it.

5. Content rules

  • Allowed: fashion, swimwear, lingerie, boudoir and fitness content.
  • Not allowed: nudity, sexual acts and explicit adult content of any kind.
  • Never allowed: child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises children. When we learn of it, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires, keep what the law requires us to keep, and close the account.

Messages in chats with people are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot see them. We act on what is reported to us and on what we otherwise learn. To report content or a person, write to [email protected].

6. Your content

What you send through Tóvox stays yours. You give us permission to store, carry and process it only as needed to run Tóvox for you: for example to deliver your messages, translate text you ask us to, or turn your speech into text. That permission ends when your content is deleted, apart from copies other people already received.

You are responsible for what you send and must have the right to send it.

7. Translation, speech to text and the assistant

Translations, captions, transcripts, meeting summaries and Skye’s answers are made by computer models. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical matters without checking.

8. Calls, meetings and Vigía

Tóvox is not a telephone service and cannot call emergency numbers. Vigía, our safety mode, can tell the contacts you choose where you are and if you need help, but it depends on your device, its battery, its connection and on those people. It is not an emergency service and does not replace calling emergency services.

9. Bots

You can make bots with the Q bot builder. You are responsible for your bots and for what they do and say, and you must tell people what your bot does with what they send it. New bots wait for our approval before others can find them. We may remove bots that break these terms.

10. Prices and paid features

Tóvox is free during the beta. Paid features are not yet available. Before any paid feature opens we will publish its price and terms, and you will only pay if you choose to.

11. Our rights in Tóvox

Tóvox, its software, design, name and logos belong to NUBLK LLC and its licensors. These terms let you use Tóvox as offered; they do not give you any other rights in it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

13. Suspension and ending your account

  • We may limit, suspend or close an account, or remove content we can see, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, puts people at risk, or harms Tóvox. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why.
  • You can stop using Tóvox at any time. To delete your account, write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted.
  • Sections 6 (the part about copies others received), 11, 14, 15, 16 and 17 continue after your account ends.

14. Disclaimers

Tóvox is provided “as is” and “as available”, in beta. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that messages, calls or alerts will always arrive, or that translations or transcripts will be accurate, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NUBLK LLC and the people who work for it or with it, including Claymore & Colt Agency, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Tóvox. Our total liability for any claim about Tóvox is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Tóvox in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be given up.

16. If something goes wrong between us

You agree to make up for losses we suffer because you broke these terms or the law, to the extent the law allows. Before bringing a claim, please write to us first so we can try to sort it out.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not settled between us will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your own courts.

18. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or safety reasons. If you keep using Tóvox after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using Tóvox and ask us to delete your account.

19. The rest

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to anyone else; we may transfer them to a company that takes over Tóvox. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Tóvox. If these terms are translated into another language, the English version governs.
